Management Accounts
Management accounts relate to the production of interim financial statements and these take the form of either monthly or quarterly reports, effectively produced in the same format as statutory accounts but generally matched to a budget or forecast.
Key performance indicators (or KPI’s) can also be introduced so that the business owner can have a very good “flash” indication of how the business is performing. These may take the form of 3 or 4 very simple and easy to find numbers, across the business – being financial and non-financial.
Annual Accounts
Annual statutory accounts are produced by the firm and our friendly systems and processes remind you, the client of;
- Firstly, your need to give us the books and records
- Secondly, nearer the deadline if they have not then been prepared, timely reminders of the penalties if you fail to meet the deadlines and
- Thirdly, a meeting to discuss their disclosure and the tax due.
Our friendly and easy to read correspondance make this a simple, yet effective task.
